When do you ship?
Prague courier leaves immediately, delivery within 25–60 minutes 24/7. Packeta parcels are dispatched on the order day after online payment is received, with delivery from 2 days.
How do I track my parcel?
Once the Packeta parcel is created, we email you a tracking link. For Prague courier delivery, the courier will call you.
What if the payment fails?
Your order stays saved and you can pay again on the payment result page. Unpaid orders are not shipped. Contact info@exoticwhip.cz for help.
