Ingredients of the small cylinders
Every Exotic Whip 670 g cylinder contains pure food-grade nitrous oxide (N₂O), approved in the European Union as a whipping propellant under the designation E 942. The flavoured variants also contain a natural food flavouring matching the given flavour. The cylinders contain no colourings, preservatives or sugar – the flavouring affects only the aroma and delicate taste of the resulting foam, not its colour.
How does the flavour work in the foam?
The flavouring is dissolved directly in the gas, so it is released into the cream evenly during whipping in the siphon. The resulting foam has a gentle, natural aroma with no chemical aftertaste. If you want a stronger taste, you can add your own syrup or extract to the cream – the flavour in the cylinder then serves as a subtle base.
